Focused Care Integrative Massage (30, 60, 90, or 120 min): Massage therapy for men and non-pregnant women. Long strokes and kneading promote improved circulation, mobility and stress relief while deeply relaxing the client! Heat may be applied to further relax tight muscles. Deep tissue techniques can be added for a more intense and detailed massage.

Neuromuscular Cupping is a unique therapy that activates the brain- body connection for healing. Silicone cups are used to glide across the skin, then sit staionary on muscles, where trigger points may be. The client will be guided to activate those muscles, followed by a stretch to the area. Cupping combined with massage creates a nice push/ pull effect. The therpist's hands provide pressure, moving tissue and the cups suction and pull the tissue, allowing the fascia to separate, bringing fresh blood to stagnant areas.
